Self-Acceptance – I Am Okay As I Am
ADHD is not a weakness or a "flaw" – it is a different way of perceiving the world. Therapy focuses on better understanding yourself, recognizing your own strengths, and shaping daily life to fit you. You learn to accept yourself instead of constantly criticizing, and develop strategies that optimally utilize your abilities. Self-esteem and positive self-perception are specifically strengthened.
