O1 LONG-COVID THERAPY
Individualized therapy for Long-COVID and similar conditions
My experiences from research – for your treatment
As researching psychologist and therapist, I was involved in the WATCH study at Jena University Hospital and gained many valuable insights into the psychological burdens of Long COVID patients. These findings directly flow into my therapeutic work.
A central approach is pacing – a strategy that helps avoid overload and purposefully deploy your own energy. In therapy, we jointly develop individual ways to sensibly allocate your strengths and gradually regain more stability.
My Therapy Offer
Individual diagnostics and treatment planning
Behavioral therapy strategies for coping with illness
Support in dealing with Long COVID and its consequences
